Multi-tenant clinic operations platform for Egypt and MENA—10 specialties, 550+ REST APIs, staff dashboard, patient portal, and two Flutter mobile apps from one PostgreSQL core.

The problem
Clinics across MENA needed one system for scheduling, EMR, billing, and patient engagement—on web and mobile—without sacrificing PDPL-aware security, MENA payment rails (Paymob, Fawry, ValU), or specialty-specific clinical workflows.
02 — Approach
Our solution
ATANA designed and built Clinit as a multi-surface monorepo: a Next.js dashboard as the API source of truth, a marketing CMS, two Flutter apps (staff and patient) sharing clinit_mobile_core, Electron offline sync, and role-based JWT portals with 20+ AI-assisted workflows—all consuming the same REST API.
